About tec+

Tatweer Entrepreneurship Campus Plus (tec+) is a new version of the tec programme, which was a 3-year programme that focused on building the foundations of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and creating start-ups in Libya. Building on the success and lessons learnt from tec, Tatweer launched tec+ in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), through funding from the European Union, which aims to respond to Libyan economic challenges by strengthening the economic potential of start-ups and accelerating them for growth and job creation.
